A 4-year Starter at Idaho State University, Hailey helped lead the Bengals to 3 back-to-back conference championships, also taking home conference POY in 2014.

After her college career, Hailey continued coaching at the Division 1 level for Wichita State, and Saint Francis University, earning NCAA regional births at both schools. She also continued playing for her home country, New Zealand, through the 2020 Olympic Trials. 

She started Hailey Breakwell Performance in 2020 and has grown it into a thriving business. She is passionate about empowering girls in sport while giving back to the game that has given her so much.

geena garabedian

Geena is an NCAA Division II head softball coach with seven years of coaching experience, including five as a head coach. She’s passionate about developing confident, well-rounded athletes and specializes in hitting, infield defense, and the mental side of the game.

Catalina received an NCAA Division II softball scholarship to catch for Ohio Valley University in Vienna, WV. She is currently a head coach and organization head of the Bay Area Batbusters Buenrostro.

With a focus on fundamentals, she specializes in speed, movement, and mechanics to help players refine their skills and become more effective in the circle. Whether you’re looking to improve your control, develop better movement, or enhance overall performance, Claudia is dedicated to helping you take your pitching to the next level.

camille rodriguez

Camille received an athletic scholarship to attend and play softball for Sonoma State University, where she pitched for all 4 years. While in the circle at Sonoma (2018-2022), she earned All West-Region honors, All-Conference honors, All Conference Pitcher of the Week honors, All-Tournament Team honors, and 2 CCAA Tournament Championships in 2018 and 2022. She finished her senior year in the top 5 lowest ERA in the CCAA conference with a 1.96 ERA. Rodriguez graduated cum laude from SSU with her Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology in 2022. Camille is currently pursuing a doctorate in Occupational Therapy while continuing her passion for coaching.

jasmine whorley

Jasmine is a current NCAA Division I softball pitcher at the University of Illinois Chicago, where she started as a freshman and is now entering her sophomore year. With a focus on spin, movement, and mechanics, she helps players build strong fundamentals and improve their effectiveness in the circle.

During her time at Alameda High School, Jasmine was named the West Coast Preps Bay Area Pitcher of the Year, Alameda High’s Women’s Athlete of the Year, Cal High 49ers Softball Player of the Year, and she also earned NFCA High School All-Region honors. Whether you’re looking to develop consistency, sharpen your movement, or gain confidence on the mound, Jasmine is committed to helping you improve each lesson and achieve your goals!

katy lambert

Katy has been giving lessons to players for over 2 years. She has played competitive softball for over 10 years and was a 4-year varsity starter with Alameda High School. After taking a break from playing softball her freshman year of college, she recently committed to play for West Valley College in Saratoga. Katy has worked with some of the best pitching and hitting coaches in the Bay Area and is proud to share her experience and knowledge with young players.


Katy loves to build player confidence and drive in the girls she works with and seeing their successes on and off the field. She is inspired to help grow the next generation of girls coming up who love the game.
