Hailey was a 4-year Starter for the Idaho State University softball team and helped lead the Bengals to 3 back-to-back conference championships, while also taking home conference player of the year in 2014. She graduated in 2015 with a degree in Sport Management. 

After her college career, she played for the New Zealand National Team (The White Sox) and continued coaching at the Division 1 level for Wichita State, and Saint Francis University, earning NCAA regional berths at both schools. She graduated with a master’s degree in Sport Management from Wichita State in 2018 and then went on to coach at Saint Francis through the shortened 2020 season. She also continued playing for New Zealand (dual citizenship), through the 2020 Olympic Trials. She has just come out of retirement to rejoin the White Sox, playing most recently in the 2025 Canada Cup.

Hailey started Hailey Breakwell Performance in 2020 and has grown it into a thriving business giving private lessons, running clinics and team workouts. She is a huge advocate for girls and women in sport and continues to support in any way she can. Through her business she is able to give back to not only girls in sport but youth sports as a whole. She is also a certified mental performance coach and passionate about empowering athletes through sport while giving back to the game that has given her so much.

Jiana is the founder of Transcend Fastpitch. For 11 years she has been coaching softball and working to help young female athletes become strong, confident individuals on and off the field. Over the years she has coached for various travel ball organizations throughout the Bay Area and strives to create an environment where every player can grow, work hard, and be the most authentic version of themselves. Today, she works with an average of 30 pitchers a week and is one of many highly sought after softball coaches in California.

Claudia is a former Division I softball pitcher for UC Santa Barbara. With a focus on fundamentals, she specializes in speed, movement, and mechanics to help players refine their skills and become more effective in the circle. Whether you’re looking to improve your control, develop better movement, or enhance overall performance, Claudia is dedicated to helping you take your pitching to the next level.

Camille received an athletic scholarship to attend and play softball for Sonoma State University, where she pitched for all 4 years. While in the circle at Sonoma (2018-2022), she earned All West-Region honors, All-Conference honors, All Conference Pitcher of the Week honors, All-Tournament Team honors, and 2 CCAA Tournament Championships in 2018 and 2022. She finished her senior year in the top 5 lowest ERA in the CCAA conference with a 1.96 ERA. Rodriguez graduated cum laude from SSU with her Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology in 2022. Camille is currently pursuing a doctorate in Occupational Therapy while continuing her passion for coaching.

geena garabedian

Geena is a current NCAA Division I Assistant Coach and former NCAA Division II head softball coach with eight years of coaching experience, including five as a head coach. She’s passionate about developing confident, well-rounded athletes and specializes in hitting, infield defense, and the mental side of the game.

Catalina received an NCAA Division II softball scholarship to catch for Ohio Valley University in Vienna, WV. She is currently a head coach and organization head of the Bay Area Batbusters Buenrostro.

Brittanee is a 2022 graduate of Montana State - Billings, and began her coaching career the summer after her junior year, when she joined the coaching staff of Thunder Fastpitch as a first base coach and hitting specialist. She maintained that role the summer after her senior season as well. Following her graduation, Coach Fish joined on the staff of her alma mater as a Graduate Assistant for a season before being hired on as a full assistant coach last year. Most recently, Coach Fisher also served as the head coach of the Billings Saints softball club. Coach Fish’s goal is to help young athletes develop their skills and fundamentals while also making the learning experience fun and exciting for athletes of all abilities. She specializes in youth hitting, fielding, and pitching.

Stephani is a right handed pitcher currently playing for the New Zealand national team and professionally overseas. She has played professionally in Austria, Switzerland, Germany, and New Zealand. Stephani played softball with Holy Names University and is soon to be inducted into the Hall of Fame for College Park High School. Stephani has been playing softball for 27 years and continue to up skill about pitching and softball.

Mo plays for 18U Grapettes Gold and has played competitive softball for 10 years while catching for 8. She is currently in the college recruitment process. She has caught for pitchers of all levels and can help catchers work on catching with spin. Mo loves catching and would love to help players improve their pop-time, blocking, and overall catching mechanics.

Katy has been giving lessons to players for over 3 years. She played competitive travel softball for over 10 years and was a 4-year varsity starter with Alameda High School. After taking a break from playing softball her freshman year of college, she now plays for West Valley College in Saratoga. Katy has been fortunate to work with some of the best pitching and hitting coaches in the Bay Area and is proud to share her experience and knowledge with young players.


Katy loves to build player confidence and drive in the girls she works with and seeing their successes on and off the field. She is inspired to help grow the next generation of girls coming up who love the game.
